They found themselves down 15 points in the first four minutes of Game 4 and didn’t have a single point until the 7:44 mark of the first quarter.

A team already on their heels down 2-1, Portland faced a near insurmountable hole and couldn’t get out of it as frustrations with foul calls mounted.

Allowing 80 points in the first half, Portland’s fate was sealed on Kobe Bryant Day.

Now, the Trail Blazers face another insurmountable task– coming for 3-1 down in a series to win.

An MRI is being conducted.

With or without Lillard, down 3-1 in a series is almost an impossible feat.

The 1999 Knicks are the only 8th seeded team to reach the NBA Finals and no 8th seeded team has won an NBA Championship.

So, here we are.

Game 5 is Wednesday. No matter what happens, it’s been a fun ride!
