Alex Ovechkin (Washington) – W – $9,500 (FanDuel), $9,300 (DraftKings), $34 (Yahoo)
Ovechkin has compiled two goals and four assists in the past three games on the strength of two three-point performances. He has 18 shots on goal during that span. Ovechkin leads the NHL with 11 goals in 12 outings
J.T. Miller (Vancouver) – W – $7,100 (FanDuel), $5,200 (DraftKings), $20 (Yahoo)
Miller has accumulated five goals and two helpers over a five-game point streak entering Thursday night’s action. He has been credited with 16 shots on target during that span and he has two multi-goal performances.
Brock Nelson (NY Islanders) – C – $6,100 (FanDuel), $6,500 (DraftKings), $18 (Yahoo)
Nelson has accounted for six goals and two assists in his past six matches. He has amassed 24 shots on target during that stretch. Nelson will look to carry that momentum into Thursday night against New Jersey. He had five goals and one assist in eight contests versus the Devils last campaign.
Jordan Eberle (Seattle) – W – $5,500 (FanDuel), $4,800 (DraftKings), $17 (Yahoo)
Eberle has seven goals in his past seven outings along with 21 shots on target. He leads the Kraken in goals and points (9) through 13 contests. His cap hits are solid across the board, which gives him plenty of bang for the buck upside for Thursday’s slate.
J.T. Compher (Colorado) – C – $5,300 (FanDuel), $5,400 (DraftKings), W – $17 (Yahoo)
Compher is projected to fill in at center on Colorado’s top line because of a lower-body injury to Nathan MacKinnon. He has been productive this season with five goals and nine points in 10 games. Compher’s three-game point spree was snapped on Saturday, but he has great stack potential with Gabriel Landeskog and/or Mikko Rantanen for Thursday night.

Alex Pietrangelo (Vegas) – $6,500 (FanDuel), $7,100 (DraftKings), $23 (Yahoo)
Pietrangelo has heated up with three goals and three assists during a four-game point streak. He has three power-play points (one goal, two helpers) during that span as well as 15 shots on goal and seven blocks for some strong category coverage.
Bargain Bin: Kevin Shattenkirk (ANA) – $4,900 (FanDuel), $18 (Yahoo) Jared Spurgeon (MIN) – $4,700 (FanDuel), $4,800 (DraftKings), $18 (Yahoo), Devon Toews (COL) – $4,600 (FanDuel), $4,700 (DraftKings), $18 (Yahoo)
Jacob Markstrom (Calgary) – $8,000 (FanDuel), $8,100 (DraftKings), $41 (Yahoo)
Markstrom has a 5-2-3 record this season with four wins coming by way of a shutout. He has a 1.69 goals-against average and .940 save percentage. If Markstrom plays then he is a very good option against a Montreal team that sits 31st in the league in goals for per game played (2.00). This will be the first half of a back-to-back set for the Flames, so it is possible that Dan Vladar could get the nod instead.
