Movie star Adam Sandler joins Sixers star Tobias Harris in open gym run

With it being the offseason in the NBA and there still being another couple of weeks before training camp begins at the end of September, now is the time for players to get their last couple weeks of free time in before getting back on the grind.

At the moment, Philadelphia 76ers star Tobias Harris, as well as other Sixers, are in the middle of starring in a film called “Hustle” led by Adam Sandler. The movie is a basketball film where Sandler plays the role of an NBA agent trying to help a Euro star make it to the league.

On Wednesday, Sandler joined Harris as well as other NBA stars such as Trae Young, Aaron Gordon, and others in an open gym pickup game. Sandler held seemed to hold his own out there with the NBA players so it was fun to watch.

The Sixers will be relying on Harris to play a big role out on the floor to help them succeed just as much as the film is relying on him to star in the movie. Hopefully, Harris will be able to play a big role in the film as much as he plays a role out on the floor.
